Indexborn Terms of Service

1. License and Access

Paid plans grant non-exclusive access to Indexborn features based on your active subscription, plan limits, and device activation limits.

2. Billing and Local AI Access

Subscription purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Paid plans unlock local AI features in the desktop app subject to license and device limits.

3. Refund Policy

Purchases are non-refundable by default. Where mandatory consumer protection law requires refunds, those legal rights apply and are not waived by these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, credential sharing beyond plan limits, or attempts to bypass metering and access controls.

5. Liability and Support

Service is provided on an “as-is” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. Support is provided via email and prioritized for paid subscriptions.
