Refund Policy

14-day voluntary refund
We voluntarily offer a refund for Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime purchases when the request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. This commercial policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or other rights that apply to you; it does not replace or restrict them.
How to request a refund
Use the Lemon Squeezy order link in your receipt or email support@indexborn.com from the address used for the order. Include the order number and request a refund. Do not send your full licence key or payment-card details.
What happens to access
When a refund or chargeback is confirmed, the paid licence is deactivated and Indexborn returns to free duplicate-detection mode. A cancelled subscription that has not been refunded remains active until the end of its paid period.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside Indexborn's control. If mandatory law gives you a longer period or an additional remedy, that right continues to apply.
